For Referring Physicians

Send the case. Reach the surgeon, not a call center.

Dr. Roberts takes referrals for lung, esophageal, mediastinal, chest wall, and thoracic outlet cases, including complex and high-risk patients.

How it works

Four steps, no friction

The goal is simple: your patient is evaluated fast and you stay informed the whole way.

01

Call or send the form

Reach the office at (561) 450-5598 or submit the referral form. Urgent cases are flagged and handled the same day.

02

Send imaging and history

CT, PET, pathology, and pulmonary function studies help Dr. Roberts review the case before the patient arrives.

03

Patient is seen quickly

Most referrals are seen within a week, and the operative plan is discussed at that first visit.

04

You get the note back

You receive documentation after the consultation and after surgery, so care stays continuous on your side too.
